Marie-José Nat (born 22 April 1940) is a French film and television actress. ==Early life and family==
Nat was born Marie-José Benhalassa in Bonifacio, Corse-du-Sud, to a Kabyle father and a Corsican mother. She was married to film director Michel Drach, and starred in his 1961 film ''Amelie or The Time to Love'', his 1970 film ''Elise, or Real Life'' and his 1974 film ''Les violons du bal'', concerning his childhood experiences during World War II. Among her notable works in cinema is sequel films ''Anatomy of a Marriage: My Days with Jean-Marc'' and ''Anatomy of a Marriage: My Days with Françoise'' (1963), directed by André Cayatte.
